DubGrub Mobile Ordering
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: To uncover some actionable consumer behavior insights regarding mobile ordering preferences among UW students that can be shared with the developers of DubGrub.
SOLUTION: For this project, my team acted as marketing researchers using qualitative research methods to explore UW students` attitudes toward mobile ordering apps and successful mobile platforms in general. The results of our research were shared with the UW`s Housing and Food Service (HFS) department to assist them in their development of the DubGrub mobile app.
